Every push reaches conda env update --file environment.yml --name base, but a repository-wide tree search at this commit finds no environment.yml or environment.yaml. Consequently, this step exits because its input file is missing, so the new workflow can never reach linting or tests; either add the manifest or install from the repository's existing pyproject.toml/uv.lock dependency source.
